About

Twenty years interpreting complexity and shaping action across community, policy and institutions.

My experience spans Aboriginal affairs, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, government agencies, not-for-profit organisations, health and education. I have worked across senior leadership, strategic advisory, national reform, advocacy, communications, research, facilitation and coaching.

About Me

The work I do sits at the meeting point of community knowledge, cultural authority and institutional decisions.

Over more than twenty years, I have worked across senior leadership, strategic advisory, research, communications, facilitation and coaching. This diversity allows me to move between deep thinking and practical delivery - helping people understand complex situations, clarify their priorities and create work that guides decisions and builds influence.

My work sits at the intersection of community knowledge, cultural authority, institutional decisions and public narrative. I help people, teams and organisations understand what is happening, bring the larger picture into view and become clearer about what matters and what they want to do next.

My approach is informed by a background in social science and draws on deep listening, qualitative inquiry, strategic synthesis, systems thinking, facilitation and both strategic and creative narrative. I bring these together to develop work that makes complex ideas clear, strengthens influence and supports meaningful action. My approach is relational and responsive, shaped around the people, purpose, context and cultural governance of each project.

My family background is predominantly Scottish and English, and I am also of Gomeroi descent.
